Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was nice and clean, comfortable, and had blackout drapes, making it quiet and cozy. The staff was very helpful, especially in assisting me with a lost property issue all the way back to the UK. The location was excellent, right off the highway and close to the Grand Canyon. The dining options were good, with a nice selection of fresh food available.
My stay at this hotel felt like a four-star experience with stunning mountain views, amazing breakfast and dinner options, and extremely spacious rooms. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and had most facilities I needed. The King Bed was large, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect stay.
I stayed at this hotel during my trip and found it to be a charming place with some great features but also a few drawbacks. The rooms were well-equipped with a king bed, a separate seating area with a couch and TV, although there was a strong odor present in my room with the inconvenience of being two rooms away from the ice machine and located at the far end of the hall. The location was excellent, combining seclusion with proximity to downtown Williams and offering beautiful views from the restaurant patio. However, the dining experience, though better than other options in town, fell short of expectations with limited choices and the pricing was somewhat high for what was provided.
